ACCU-CHEK® 360 View SMBG Profile Tool
This tool was completed by the patient prior to each of their quarterly visits with their physician over the 12-month study. It requires 7 blood glucose measures per day (fasting, post-breakfast, pre-post lunch, pre-post dinner, bedtime) over three consecutive days.
